News from the Euro-road
For the last week Will, Shane and LJ have been touring Europe for the next episode with the LINE Euro crew. Here is a quick photo update while we have internet access, then its back to the road!
Warning: If you find yourself in the back of a mini-plane like this one, they are probably going to forget to tell you that ski-bags won’t fit.

Tracking down lost luggage in another language is fun!
But, pizza always improves any gloomy situation.

We got our ski bags just in time to catch the first storm of the trip. Chow!
No ACL no problem!
Tore my ACL!
Back in September I was working and jumped over a fence and tore my knee. I knew something was wrong but went ahead with IF3 and my plans to move to Utah.

When I got to Utah I set an appointment up with a doctor in PC and headed down to Arizona for a rail jam. I couldn’t ski but hung out and saw some great sites along the way!

Goblin Vally

Soon after my trip to Arizona I had to go under the knife and a week later started PT.

November was a long month full of video games, PT and then gym. Ian showed up near the end of the month for Thanksgiving but his big teeth ate all the food. Thanks Ian.
Right after Thanksgiving TC filmer Sean Mcfalls, and Erik Olson released the Yoke Collection.

Besides the obvious anticipation for the first snowfall, the TC crew has been especially excited about the 2011-2012 season for the return of Garrett Russell. Garrett had been absent for all of last year’s episodes because of ACL surgery he had in October of 2010.

Garrett returns! Next episode: Spicy Cat returns!

Typical TC parking lot breakfast session.
Unfortunately, in some sort of weird plot twist, Traveling Circus front man Andy Parry has switched places with Garrett on the disabled list this season, succumbing to the same terrible fate that sidelined Garrett last winter. Long story short: Andy blew his knee out this past fall, jumping over a fence. (See episode for details)

Andy’s hair sock: years of shaving only his upper leg for personal style, finally has a practical purpose.

A rare moment of organization in the van. Kinda.
So Andy had surgery, we drove to Montana, slept in the base lodge. LJ ran a marathon, ate a spicy chicken sandwich, and went skiing – all in the same day.

After finishing a marathon LJ only ate half this orange slice and demanded McDonalds.
Ian came back to Utah for a bit, Thanksgiving was delicious, and we drove the van to Lake Tahoe to hang out with Garrett, twice. 5. Ian flew out to Utah for a few weeks.

Utah’s fall colors really bring the best out in the van’s graphics.
And now, here’s episode 4.3 of Line Traveling Circus, Fall Into Winter…

Random words and photos
Say hello to Erik Olson

This is on the way to Montreal, QC for IF3. Erik was ecstatic to be going again cant you tell by his smile? This was going to be the first of many pictures from the trip but after this one I kinda lost interest. Maybe next year! Or maybe not…
Another Olson story my 12th grade history teacher was Eriks father Dan Olson, and he is now my little brothers teacher.
Maria

Burlington in the summer and fall is the best. Bars, parties, the lake and friends make this a great place to come hang out. All those plus the lovable pit bull Maria who still thinks that she is a puppy. Maria is the referee when it comes to any calls on drinking, stumps and girls.
Beautiful in Blue

Ready for the late summer with Orages very own Olievier hooded sweat shirt in a light blue, and for some UV support the Hoodlum by Electric in violent blue. Facebook approved photo.
Raptor Valley

Recently on our way to the desolate state of Arizona we stopped by some really cool places like Goblin Valley. If I had to give it a rating on “coolness” I would give it a 4 out of 5.
Here is a picture I’m stealing from Will’s Facebook with more random stuff that happened on that trip.

Where’s Waldo?

Apparently he is on a bike at 1am on L Street in Mesa Arizona, and if you happen to ever be in Mesa DON’T go to Blondies Sports Bar its ALL dudes if you know what I’m saying.
